Prestige 23 - Protocol 2.3

Got AP with this reward. I'm looking forward to another title at Prestige 26.

I'm not sure why this achievement is named this. Is it to do with Sombra from Overwatch? People were going on about her having Protocol 2.3, and that she is the 23rd character in Overwatch in part of a big alternative reality game leading up to the release of Sombra.

23 Enigma is a thing! Apparently there is a superstitious belief that the number 23 is found everywhere. Why couldn't they have used that as the achievement name?
