Got this one from doing a Nelth's Lair mythic plus. Interestingly I had loot on balance spec and it gave me this Guardian spec legendary. I'm pretty sure I don't have all the boomkin legendaries...
Anyway, another one for the bank. Wonder what I'll get next?
